You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Each account is intended for a single business entity, and you may not share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
3. Subscription & Payments
Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice. Biltory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms of Use, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
